Kanishk Steels Industries Ltd

• Steel making capacity 30000 MT p.a.
• Established in April 1992
• Manufacturing TMT Bars and Structurals capacity 50000 MT p.a.
• Added Sponge Iron Plant in Oct 2005: capacity 60000 MT p.a.
• Has 18 Power Wind Mill Farms with total capacity of 6 MW.
• A Bombay Stock Exchange listed company
• Turnover: Rs.345 Crores ($ 86 MM) and EBIDTA Rs. 22 Crores ($ 5.5 MM) for the financial year ended 31.03.2007.

A steel production facility in Salem, Tamil Nadu, estabished some 35 years ago, equipped with furnaces to produce ingots and to render the same into structural/construction steel, with a finished products capacity of 24000 Tons per year. The products are retailed under the brand name"OPG Steel "and the company is ISO 9001 certified.

A fully automated flour mill with a capacity of 60000 tons per annum, this facility is located in Salem in Tamil Nadu, a large city about 300 KM from metro Chennai.
Salem Foods produces a range of milled flour, marketed under the brand name "Vel".

A Containerised Freight Station at Manali close to Chennai and Ennore ports, this facility has a custom bonded warehouse as well as general warehousing space both built-up and open.
